-reduces appetite and organism's demand for sugar
-accelerates metabolism
-increases organism's efficiency and activity
L-carnitine is essential for the process of energy creation in cells, which is done by stimulation of fatty acids oxidation. L-carnitine also facilitates the elimination of toxic products of fats metabolism from the human organism. Hydroxycitric acid (HCA) is responsible for prevention from fat storage and acceleration of consumption of the energy resources in the organism. Carbohydrates consumed are transformed into glycogen - supplementary material cumulated in the liver and muscles, and not into triglycerides (fats). Furthermore, HCA decreases organism's demand for food, by increasing the feeling of satiety.
Chromium is necessary for normal glucose absorption in the organism. It reduces demand for glucose and facilitates HCA activity.
