Composition

1 ml of the solution (approx. 20 drops) contains:
Acidum ascorbicum (ascorbic acid, vitamin C) 100 mg.
Excipients: Glycerol, purified water

Indications

Juvit C is intended for the treatment of vitamin C deficiency and prevention of illnesses caused by it, in particular scurvy and its initial symptoms, Moeller-Barlow disease. The drug is also indicated in convalescent patients and patients on low vitamin C diet, especially in formula-fed infants.
The drug is especially recommended for children.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance – ascorbic acid or any of the excipients listed in the Summary of Product Characteristics.

Do not administer high doses of Juvit C to children with increased iron absorption from the gastrointestinal tract.
