1 g of dermal solution contains 240 mg zinc oxide (Zinci oxidum) and 20 mg of benzocaine (Benzocainum)
Indications:
The drug product to be used on the skin as an astringent, desiccant and anti-itch agent in chickenpox, shingles, following insect bites, urticaria and other skin disorders with itching.
Contraindications:
Do not use the medicinal product:
- if you are hypersensitive zinc oxide, benzocaine, or any of the excipients of the medicinal product;
- on oozing blisters or skin with an exudate;
- on open wounds, large skin areas, or raw skin;
- on a long-term basis;
- in children under 2 years of age due to the risk of methaemoglobinemia
