Flax seed has a beneficial effect on the digestive system and digestion. Supplement to the daily diet of mucilage substances coating the gastrointestinal tract, especially in case of excessive gastric secretion. Instructions for use:

Pour 1 teaspoon (5g) of Milled fat-free flax into a glass of hot water or milk. Stir and leave to cool down. Consume 2 - 3 times a day before meals. You can add some sugar or salt, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, juice or honey to enrich the flavour. Milled flax diluted with a small amount of water can also be added to soups, sauces and other dishes instead of flour.

 

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of the product.
