MSc in pharmacy, graduated from the Wrocław Medical University and the University of Bologna. Started working for Hasco-Lek in 2005. Since 2006, she has been the President of the Management Board of the HASCO-LEK Foundation, which, from its very creation, has been contributing to social and educational projects and actively supporting those in need, in particular individuals with disabilities.
In 2013, she took up the position of Director of Foreign Trade Operations, overseeing export and distribution of over 350 medicinal products, dietary supplements and medical devices from Hasco-Lek’s portfolio, including, among others, brands such as: IBUM, Mensil, DIH, Juvit, Hascovir, Ulgix, Mel. She is also responsible for managing licence purchasing and sale as well as contract and private label manufacture. Thanks to her work, the company’s products are exported to 30 countries, including the UK, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Israel, Austria, Lithuania, Norway and Bulgaria. CEO Agnieszka Han is also involved in the development of other Hasco Group companies. In 2018, she was appointed the Vice President of the Management Board of PPF Hasco-Lek S.A., where she is in charge of marketing and market management.
Involved with the HASCO Group as Vice President of the Management Board, he is responsible for the business development of the Group. He supervises the scientific research conducted and the transfer and implementation of technologies. He is in charge of the activity of Novasome Research and Development Centre as the President of the Management Board and CEO. He is the originator of the Scientific Board, which advises the company on development and research plans.
Co-author of many patent applications for pharmaceutical formulations. Since the start of his career, Tomasz Han has obtained authorisations for and introduced over 100 medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics to the Polish as well as international markets.
He graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy with Medical Analytics Division of the Wrocław Medical University. The originator of the establishment of the Industrial Pharmacy Institute, the students of which learn during internships at Hasco-Lek. He was awarded his PhD in Chemistry from the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Wrocław, where, thanks to his contribution, a new specialisation was established: medical chemistry.
He is active in the academia by being a member of the Council of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. He promotes good practices and innovation in business by participating in the committee of the “Partnership for Innovation” Employers’ Association and the “Family Business Initiative” Association. Thanks to his contribution, the HASCO Group joined Nutribiomed and LifeScience clusters focused on the cooperation between research & development centres and businesses.
Privately, he is interested in psychology and astronomy. In his free time, he broadens his professional knowledge of new technologies.
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the European University VIADRINA in Frankfurt am Oder in the field of Business Economics (BWL). He joined the Hasco Group in 2018, and since 2021 he has been the President of the Management Board of PCF Procefar, responsible for the area of finance, accounting, and controlling. Since May 2023, he has also been a Member of the Management Board of PPF Hasco-Lek S.A., where he is responsible for shaping the company’s financial strategy.
He has many years of experience in managing the finances of companies gained in the country and abroad. He successfully led numerous investment projects and introduced solutions to optimize processes in the field of integrated management of liquidity and current assets.
