On May 1, 2023, there were changes in Hasco Group, which include the Management Boards of key companies: PPF Hasco-Lek S.A. and PCF Procefar Sp. z o.o. Maciej Podraza, who has been associated with the Group since 2018, joined PPF Hasco-Lek S.A. as Vice-President of the Management Board. At the same time, in connection with her plans to retire, Jolanta Stańczak resigned from being a member of the Management Board of PPF Hasco-Lek S.A.
The main goal of the abovementioned changes is to strengthen the key areas of the Hasco Group’s business development. Joining the Management Board of PPF Hasco-Lek S.A. The newly appointed Vice-President of Hasco-Lek, Maciej Podraza, will be responsible for shaping the Company’s financial strategy and supervising the implementation of key investments of the Hasco Group.

The new member of the Management Board of Hasco-Lek will combine his function with the previously held position of Financial Director and President of PCF Procefar Sp. z.o.o., responsible, among others, for the distribution of Hasco Group products. Mr. Podraza has many years of experience in managing the finances of companies, both local and foreign. He successfully led numerous investment projects and introduced solutions to optimize processes in the field of integrated management of liquidity and current assets. He has been associated with the Hasco Group since September 2018, when he joined PCF Procefar Sp. z.o.o. as CFO, and since February 2019, he has also been the president.
– The appointment of Maciej Podraza to the Management Board of PPF Hasco-Lek S.A. is an important step towards better integration of operations within the Hasco Group. The company he manages, PCF Procefar Sp. z.o.o., is the main distributor of Hasco-Lek products. We closed last year with record-breaking results in the history of the company because, for the first time in history, we exceeded the barrier of 60 million drug packages produced. At the same time, after more than 30 years of presence in PPF Hasco-Lek S.A., due to her plans to retire, Jolanta Stańczak, who had previously held the position of vice-president of the company, resigns from the position in the Management Board. However, she will continue to support the Management Board with her experience and good advice.
Currently, the Management Board of PPF Hasco-Lek S.A. consists of three people. In addition to the newly-appointed vice-president, Maciej Podraza, it also includes Tomasz Han, vice-president of the Management Board and Director of Research and Development, and Agnieszka Han, vice-president of the Management Board and Strategic Director.
Reinforcement of the commercial areas of the Group
The changes also include the Management Board of PCF Procefar Sp. z.o.o., which will be joined by Kamil Wosztyl, previously acting as Sales Director, as Vice President. Under his supervision, the company generated record results in 2022, recording sales of over PLN 550 million.
The tasks and responsibilities of Mr. Wosztyl in his new role will include the development of commercial contacts on the domestic market and supervision of the implementation of long-term sales plans. His joining the Management Board is part of the policy of the Hasco Group, based on long-term cooperation and the development of talents within the organization.
