The International Congress of the Polish Urological Association will take place from 22nd to 24th June in Haston City Hotel. PPF Hasco-Lek S.A. is a partner of the event.

The leading subject of the Congress will be pelvic floor pathology, and the participants will have the opportunity to attend workshops in diagnostics and treatment. Additionally, on the first day of the conference, live surgery transmissions from Vratislavia Medica will be held. The surgeries will be performed by world-class specialists including Gil Levy, Jorg Neymeyer and professor of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University dr. n. med. Paweł Szymanowski a doctor at the hospital. They will be performing, among others, laparoscopic and vaginal pelvic organ prolapse procedures as well as surgical management of urinary incontinence.

For physicians, midwives and physiotherapists, the event will be a great opportunity to exchange experience and share their knowledge during the multiple lectures that are planned. The impact of endocrine dysfunction on urological and gynaecological issues, osteopathic techniques, the role of hormone replacement therapy – these are just some of the topics that will be discussed in the course of the three-day conference. Moreover, the organisers planned a number of courses and activities relating to extramedical aspects of healthcare and communication with patients.
