BOBOGAST is used to relieve symptoms of extra gas in the intestines such as flatulence and intestinal colic in infants, and also before diagnostic tests in the abdominal cavity (with ultrasound, radiological, and endoscopic techniques) to remove foam, gases and air.
The product should not be used if a patient is hypersensitive to simethicone or any other ingredient of the product.
