One suppository contains: Ibuprofen (Ibuprofenum) 125 mg
Fever of various origins, including influenza, common cold or other infectious diseases, also post-immunisation pyrexia.
Mild to moderate pain of various origins, such as:
headaches, sore throat and muscular pain (e.g. associated with viral infections)
toothache, post-dental surgery pain, teething pain,
osteoarthritis as a result of injury of the motor organs (e.g. sprains)
soft tissue injury pain,
post-operative pain,
earache due to middle ear inflammation.
Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or to any of the excipients; do not use in patients with a history of allergic reactions such as rhinitis, urticaria, bronchospasm or asthma, in response to acetylsalicylic acid or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); active or recurrent stomach and (or) duodenum ulceration in the medical history, perforation or bleeding, also after NSAID use; acute liver failure, acute kidney failure or acute heart failure; do not administer ibuprofen with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including COX-2 inhibitors (increased risk of adverse events); 3rd trimester of pregnancy; cerebrovascular bleeding or other active bleeding; impaired blood coagulation (ibuprofen may prolong bleeding time), haemorrhagic diathesis; in patients with severe dehydration (caused by vomiting, diarrhoea or insufficient fluid intake); blood production disorders of unknown origin, such as haematopoiesis.
