Composition

1 tablet contains 400 mg ibuprofen (Ibuprofenum) + 60 mg pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (Pseudoephedrini hydrochloridum).

Indications

The drug is indicated for temporary use to alleviate the symptoms of blocked nose and nasal sinuses with headache and pain caused by blocked sinuses, and to relieve fever associated with flu or common cold.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen, pseudoephedrine
Do not use in patients with a history of allergic reactions such as rhinitis, urticaria, bronchial asthma in response to acetylsalicylic acid or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Active or history of stomach and (or) duodenum ulceration, perforation or bleeding, also after NSAID use,
Haemorrhagic diathesis,
Acute liver failure or acute kidney failure,
Acute heart failure (NYHA Class: IV)
Pregnancy and breast-feeding,
Severe cardiovascular disorders, tachycardia, arterial hypertension, angina pectoris,
Urinary retention,
Hypothyroidism,
Narrow-angle glaucoma,
History of intracerebral haemorrhage or the related risk factors, e.g. as a result of taking vasoconstrictor drugs or other decongestants, administered orally or nasally.
