In infants from 0 to 3 months of age (with up to 4 kg body weight): symptomatic treatment of fever lasting no longer than 3 days and mild to moderate pain.
Hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any of the excipients. Acute liver failure, viral hepatitis, acute renal failure, alcoholic disease
