1 drop contains approx. 1607 IU of vitamin A.
Excipients: all-rac-alpha-tocopherol, natural vitamin E, butylated hydroxyanisole, citric acid monohydrate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium saccharin, macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate, glycerol, lemon flavour, purified water.
Witamina A stosowana jest w leczeniu objawów awitaminozy (kseroftalmii), takich jak niedowidzenie zmierzchowe, suchość, rogowacenie i owrzodzenie rogówki oraz keratomalacja. Vitamin A is used in the treatment vitamin A deficiency symptoms (xerophthalmia) such as nocturnal amblyopia, dry eye syndrome, corneal cornification and ulceration, and keratomalacia. Vitamin A is also used in the prevention, if clinically justified, (e.g. in infants and children with malabsorption) and as an adjunctive in the treatment of measles, skin diseases with excessive exfoliation and cornification of the epidermis (psoriasis, acne, ichthyosis), alimentary and respiratory tract diseases.
Hypersensitivity to the active substance (vitamin A) or any of the excipients.
Hypervitaminosis A;
Acute arterial hypertension;
Glaucoma or myasthenia gravis.
