Step 1 – Everything is up to you

If you are interested in working for an acclaimed and popular brand, you’re in the right place. When your CV reaches us, our HR staff will analyse it and take the steps described below (for most open positions).

  • Before you apply, consider what kind of work brings you the most satisfaction,
  • evaluate your experience, skills and qualifications,
  • go to our “Vacancies” tab and browse through current vacancies that might interest you,
  • send us your CV; you can do it using the recruitment form (available in each listing),
  • if you have not found an offer for a job you are interested in, go to “Send us your CV” and use our sample form,
  • below you will find several practical guidelines to help you find a job for you.
Step 2 – telephone interview
We contact selected candidates via phone. During this interview, you will be asked about your experience and reasons for applying to work with us.
Step 3 – job interview
This interview is conducted by a representative of the HR Department and a representative of the department in charge of the position you are applying for. It can take place in our office in Wroclaw, Warsaw or Lodz (depending on where the position is located) or through the Teams application. During the meeting we want to get to know you better and talk about your experience, your competencies and your expectations from the position. You will also learn more about working for our company and we will answer questions to help you make the best decision for your future career.It is not unlikely that you will be asked to perform a task related to the position you are applying for or to complete a competency test. If it is a senior position it is possible that you will also be invited to a second interview.
Step 4 – feedback
At this stage, we will either invite you to work with us or inform you why we did not choose you. Each candidate receives feedback!

Tips for candidates

What should your CV include?

  • Only true information – you should only include true information
    in your recruitment documents. During the interview, this will facilitate your self-presentation and allow you to focus on your actual skills and knowledge.
  • A list of your successes - brag to us and write about interesting projects in which you participated.
  • Data about your education and the training you
    have attended.
  • Information about your previous jobs, including start and end dates and your duties.

  • Aesthetic form and readability.
  • Continuity of employment.

Practical guidelines for
videoconference interviews

  • Prepare for your interview – verify what position you have applied for and be ready for particular questions concerning the requirements.
  • Adjust your appearance – you do not have to wear a formal jacket, but a tracksuit may not be the best idea.
  • Inform the people you live with about your meeting to make sure no one disturbs you
  • Test your equipment – if you don’t know if it is working correctly, call a friend to help you check if your equipment is working.
  • Place your computer or phone camera at your eye level – this will make you look more professional and trustworthy.
  • Adjust your surroundings – make sure it is tidy; although in most applications you can change your background, technology does fail sometimes.
  • Silence all notifications and your phone.
